This position will work analyzing and managing data in the Growth & Engagement Marketing team, which is responsible for Direct Marketing/CRM channels such as E-mail and Apps, comms, website, to strengthen the customer engagement with FiedlView and New Business Models in Brazil.
The tasks will be:
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze data pertaining to engagement marketing strategies. Continuously measure and monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics across various channels to gauge business traction. Help the team to understand the impact of communication in customer engagement. This comprehensive approach involves extracting insights from direct marketing campaigns, email marketing, websites, workflows, conversions, customer visits, app usage and other crucial KPIs.
- Identify and segment specific audiences based on demographic data (location, size, crops, etc…), behaviors, and other relevant criteria. This helps customize engagement strategies for specific groups of customers.
- Understand the performance of each communication channel: identify the most effective means of communication for each user.
- Create reports summarizing key findings and insights from data analysis. It will also work with peers to explore and analyze part of the digital data.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and other departments to understand their analytical needs and contribute insights from diverse datasets. Provide analytical support for specific projects and campaigns.
Qualificações
Requisitos e Qualificações
- Advanced students or graduates in Engineering, Data/Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in Digital Marketing.
- Data-driven profile: passionate about uncovering data relationships, generating hypotheses, and leading initiatives to test them.
- Knowledge in data analysis tools such Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta, or visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, etc.
- Experience using CRM systems, such as Braze, HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork. Proactivity and autonomy.
- Fluency in English is desirable,
- Skills to communicate complex findings clearly and comprehensibly.
