Responsabilidades e Atribuições
- We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager with a strong IT background to lead and manage our projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies and a proven track record of managing international projects.
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, remove blockers ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the team.
Qualificações
Requisitos e Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT in any industry.
- Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience managing international projects and working with global teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills in English and Portuguese
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
