Responsabilidades e Atribuições
- What you will do:
- Work with the Activation & Engagement squad as well and other cross-functional teams to build a compelling sales pitch for all different customer profiles;
- Develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, customer database, discovery and individual research.
- Deliver daily calls and communication attempts to customers and potential customers;
- Identify and target strategic new prospects that were not identified by marketing that would accelerate territory growth;
- Proactively review the sales funnel seeking for improvements;
- Update lead status and all prospect interactions in CRM (Hubspot) application daily;
- Work with the Growth Marketing team to develop a digital sales stratey that will allow exponential sales in a near future;
- Select and engage with prospects that are identified through marketing efforts;
- Use identified customer challenges to prescribe relevant campaigns and events to drive engagement;
- Develop outstanding customer service relationships with prospects;
- Become a guide in sales prospecting platforms and tools.
Qualificações
Requisitos e Qualificações
- Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in both English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus;
- 2+ years of a commercial experience in similar positions;
- A proven track record of sales achievements
- Strong Knowledge in CRM tools, Hubspot is a plus;
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in agribusiness, specially digital ag tools;
- Goal and action orientated, with ability to work towards targets
- Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are required;
- Solid organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
